Pouch Packaging Machine Features:

• Top and Bottom Bag Opening: The machine opens both the top and bottom of the pouch simultaneously, making it easier to fill the bag with material.

• Custom Bag Clamping Device: The machine uses a specially designed clamping system based on the pouch type, ensuring smooth and easy opening of the bag.

• Gusset Folding Function: Before heat sealing, the machine neatly folds the gussets (bag sides) for a cleaner, more precise seal.

• Heat Sealing with Cooling: To seal the pouch, a pair of hot seal bars press together over the top of the bag, causing the sealant layers to bond and create a strong seam. A cooling bar then flattens and strengthens the seam for added durability.
